Mapserver [Update]

Well, using the OpenLayers Cookbook I've been able to modify OpenLayers to display base data from Google and their own World WMS layer. That is all for now.

Viewing the source code might not give you too much insight as to what is going on... it's looking pretty haggard at this point. I'll get around to cleaning it up and adding comments (mainly so I can learn something about what is going on, hah).
